I worked on Oracle E-Business Suite customization and support for a major enterprise client while deployed at their site. I started with debugging and issue resolution for production escalations, then moved into development and techno-functional contribution for client-specific changes across enterprise workflows.
What I did
- Resolved production and customization issues in a heavily tailored Oracle E-Business Suite environment — debugging backend tables, PL/SQL packages, and application flows for L1/L2/L3 escalations.
- Contributed to client-specific enhancements across procurement, orders, billing, and supply-chain modules, building familiarity with both the domain and a custom operating model.
- Participated in requirement and change discussions with client stakeholders — surfacing backend constraints, estimating effort, and translating operational needs into implementation-ready work.
- Worked hands-on with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Oracle EBS tooling while moving from support-heavy debugging into development.
